Jesse Tidquist started her ballet training at the age of 4 and her love of ballet ultimately led her to The Charleston Ballet. She has worked with Ballet Theatre of Maryland and Christopher Fleming’s company, BalletFleming, in Philadelphia. She has been working with Burklyn Ballet Theatre in the summers since 2010, performing in many principal roles, teaching pointe and variations, and ballet misstressing for various ballets. Jesse has been with New York State Ballet since their 2017 production of Carmina Burana, and has performed as Mina in Robert Royce’s Dracula and the Sugarplum Fairy in The Nutcracker with the company. Most recently, she has appeared in the NYSB’s original productions of Mozart’s Requiem and The Marriage of Figaro.
