Successful students are highly motivated, demonstrate an ability to maintain focus and consistently attend class and rehearsals. While the highest standards of technical training will always be pursued in Professional Training Program, equally important is the inner development of the student. Those interpersonal skills are paramount to success as a professional dancer, as well as valuable life skills.

Artistic Director Katherine Johnson, and her faculty, are passionate about the growth and well being of their students, believing in taking care of and building up their students rather than tearing them down.
